Edward Krasiński is a leading figure of Polish Avant-Garde Art in 1960s to 70s, who always took an experimental feel to how he makes and exhibits his artwork. His work revolves around lines and shapes (an aspect that I take most of my inspiration from), as shown in sculptures and drawings he created-

'Krasiński was inspired by pre-war avant-garde movements such as Polish Constructivism. In his work, he combined a wry sense of humour with a Dadaist fascination with chance.'

Blue scotch tape was introduced to his work in 1968 and has been a reoccurring theme to all his pieces ever since, with recent pieces being of hanging mirrors (seen in picture below right).
