City Break: Amsterdam

Amsterdam; the place where anything is acceptable! This beautiful European City was the first 'city break' I have done without my parents and has been amazing. Even though the weather changed every minute from raining to sun, I always had my rain mac at the ready. Traveling around and out of the city (as we stay at a hotel in Zaandam) was easy, just used the trams and buses which are frequent. Obviously we went to the main sites, like Dam Square (seen in top right picture) and sat there almost everyday of our travels and even had a canal tour. In addition there was so much art (as seen in previous blogs) to see which is a massive plus for me! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone who wants a class city break.
