The most ridiculous drive, with great views but the 100% of having travel sickness. The park has been protected since 1864 and it around 1,200 sqaure miles of different ecosystems. The first day there was mainly the drive but we saw the upper part of Yosemite, such as Tuolumne Meadows and White Wolf (seen in the picture bottom right). At one point we were elevated over 7,000ft as we were in the higher parts of the park! On the second day we traveled to the Valley, where most the trails are. As almost 95% of Yosemite is still wilderness a lot of people visit the valley as its where the village/campsites and cafes are situated. We started by seeing El Capitan, (in picture to the top left) a prominent granite mountain and popular for rock climbing. Then used the trail to see Mirror Lake (in picture bottom left) that was a know spot for mountain lion habitats. In the other picture (top right) is the Upper and Lower Yosemite Falls, the highest fall of around 2,400ft.
