San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) is the first museum on the West Coast devoted only to 20th Century Art, which includes all forms; photography, media, design and architecture. Jackson Pollock and Clyfford Still had their first shows exhibited at the Museum, and Still has donated around 24 piece to remain on display that I had seen. It mainly focus upon American Artist which was interesting to see, as a lot of galleries in the UK mainly show European work. The building itself is impressive, with an art deco mix with contemporary feel, as it was developed more in 2016 to have more work on display. In the picture on the right it shows Roy Liechtenstein (a favourite of my moms) and I even got to see one of my favourite artist, Dan Flavin. The even had a good collection of Alexander Calder, the mobile artist, and Andy Warhol portraiture.
