After reading up on this collection, the main focus was upon the Muse of Tina Chow, a model and jewellery Designer from the 80s-

'Serafini responded to her tomboyish glamour, and thanks to her mixed heritage—she was the daughter of a German father and a Japanese mother—the offhanded way she blended Western and Eastern style.'

It is clear that there is a New Wave inspiration here from the paper-bag waist and the exaggeration of the human body. I really love the boldness of this collection, the sleeves, collars in the picture to the top left being bold and the emphasis of workwear. My favourite piece are the trousers with braces in the picture top right.
